I mailed 2 birthday cards in the mailbox at shively office on May 1st. Neither have received. I have called 800# and it was no help. No one answers the local number. The cards was for children that think I forgot their birthdays.
My mail carrier does not deliver my mail to my house. This guy delivers mail for room mates who no longer live here. I've had packages not delivered, unless, someone else has to take his route. Mail in my name does not get dropped here. If it's a bill he delivers it, other than that I have a path cut across my yard from where he cut through my yard while not delivering my mail. And don't give me crap about COVID-19 IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH MAIL DELIVERY!! as you can see I'm not happy with this mail MAN.

I've sent out a Birthday card to my brother with a gift card in it. It was never received by him. A week later I sent a check out to hom in a business envelope, he never received it either. Our postal service sucks!!!

They re useless. They do t know where certain locations are situated. IE Spain (Barcelona) They are very slow with the service and not very friendly. The prices per weight differ from those at PRP.; even when they are the exact weight and size. Also 3 parcels all the same contents weight and size to addresses within a 1 mile radius differed by over $2! I go to PRP now where they are fast efficient, polite and know where towns, villages in countries outside the states are.
Talked to Bobby on Tuesday, 3-14-17, this morning about a missing package. He was able to grab the package, verify the address and hand it to my carrier and solve the problem in just a few minutes while I held. Thank you Bobby. You made my day.
