Two keys were left in my cluster mailbox, however; none of the two keys open the cluster box where I suppose to retrieve large packages. Please advise, none of the two keys work and when I call the Postal Service in Kyle, TX the phone can ring out of the hook from 10:00 a.m. to closing at 4:30 p.m. and no one picks the phone. This is very frustrating for me as I am a high risk for the pandemic. I really do not want to drive to the postal service neither in Kyle nor in Buda. Please, I need your help. Thank you, R. Harvey
Horrible delivery, once again! Had a package delivered to our communal boxes and it was to big to fit in my box. They left me a key in my box labeled 10. There is no package box 10. I had to try every package box in the row of 6 communal boxes to find where my package was. All package boxes have 1 number followed by the letter "P." Is this retribution for giving a one star rating previously?
I dropped off several packages on July 1, all having postage printed at home with receipts and tracking. All but one are in the system and have been delivered or are still in transit. One has just never made it into the system--the tracking says the post office is still waiting to receive it. The customer on the other end is getting anxious because they haven't received their item. It looks as if the post office at Kyle either lost the package or failed to scan it in, so there is no record for trying to locate it. Very frustrating. i will have to refund the customer's payment and the item is lost.
I had a question about a re-delivery during retail office and called the Kyle post office for information. I called 4 times and the phone was not answered even though I let it ring for 10 minutes each. During one of the calls, someone hung up on me. This is not customer service and now I have to take work time to drive to the post office to get an answer.
The Kyle Post Office is completely incompetent. Since moving here it has been one problem after another, and they never answer the phone. So I have to drive way across town to go in person to solve my issue. Just to have some other dumb crap happen. You should be ashamed !!!!!!!!!
I have a complaint about the carrier that delivers mail to Bonanza st. In Kyle. This morning at around 11:30 he parked a couple houses down from where I live. I have a puppy that is about 10 lbs. My dog was outside and happened to walk toward the vehicle which the postman was sitting in he proceeded to spray my dog with mace in the face. My dog posed no threat to the carrier he did not bark, growl, or run towards the carrier, he was sitting in his car. He said he did not play with dogs and then repeated my address as if making a note in his head. I don't know what he was implying but I feel as if he my temper with my mail. I don't think this is the training given to your carriers and I would appreciate it if actions were taken accordingly to his behavior. Thank you,
I recently became concerned that my Centerpoint Energy bill had not arrived by the first of the month as usual. I called Centerpoint Energy and they advised my that my bill was sent on July 26th. They gave me my current balance so that I could mail in the payment by the Aug. 10th deadline. I have lived in my home three years as of Aug. 7th, and this is the first time a utility bill has not arrived at all.Please make sure that mail is being delivered directly to the neighborhood lock box without loss, delay, or misdelivery. I've never been so rudely treated by an employee as when I called to inquire about an undelivered package. When I asked to complain to a superior, I was told there was no superior to complain to, and then given a fake number to call to complain. Very unhappy!
I have called Kyle Post Office 5 times in the last hour. My first three calls received a busy signal after 10 rings and my 4th and 5th calls rang 30 to 35 times each with no answer. How do I get a call through to the staff there?
