Our delivery person is incompetent at best. Packages left in the rain or out at the curb. Her latest clown work is a package from overseas. She hung a missed delivery tag on the first day on our door without ringing the bell or knocking. The second day she stuck the missed delivery attempt inside our mailbox. Both days we were home. She is either too lazy to do what she's paid to do or to incompetent to do her job.

The usual postal carrier (an older man; possibly in his 50s) in Wyomissing Hills is extremely unfriendly and at times, rude. There is no consistency of mail delivery time. Jumps from 10 to 6. Pretty sure he takes a few too many “breaks” as he is constantly on his cell phone. He is VERY lazy as well. Will not get out of his vehicle to put a package by the front door and instead stuffs it in the mailbox. I’m positive I have waited longer for a package than necessary because it didn’t fit in the standard mailbox and he didn’t want to get off his lazy butt and deliver it to the front door (10 feet away). Once, I saw him drop off the mail as I was outside and went to get the mail only to see him make a U turn and start honking to give me my package (it’s not like it required a signature). He wasn’t going to deliver it because he would have had to get out and walk. LAZZZZZY! He just drives through snow piles rather than using the clear path made for easy entrance and exit to the mailbox. All the while leaving a mess of snow that had to be shoveled again. Can’t wait for him to retire or someone else is put on the route. I doubt that USPS reads these concerns but if they do, this guy needs to be retrained.

Calls to this post office are never returned. Mail delivery is spotty and varies from 12pm one day to 630pm the next. Larger shipments are wedged in mailboxes as opposed to putting on front porch. Receiving notices on attempted delivery of packages that never happened. What has happened to the postal carriers of the past?

I was wondering if it is normal for no mail delivery for 2 days because one day it snowed? What happened to the old motto about nothing keeping you from your appointed rounds?!

My mail, in some cases, has not been forwarded to my winter address. There have been times that a letter was returned to sender. Other mail has been forwarded properly so, I assume, I filled out the forms correctly
