Our payment check was STOLEN 12/19 or 12/20 from the curbside mailbox, washed and a new name & amount was added. Luckily, our bank (5/3) caught it as fraudulent. Bank told us this happens OFTEN at the High Street branch. I find it hard to believe this continues to happen. Do something to stop it.
I mailed a whole stack of checks to our vendors on 07/23/21 and none of the checks have cleared our bank, nor has anyone received their checks. I have tried to call but no one answers the phone. Did someone just throw my metered mail away???
I ordered a gift for Christmas. Using the tracking number and contacting the company they said that the package was delivered. They stated I must file an Official Complaint of non-delivery with my local USPS. I an unable to find that form online. The company will not help me unless I forward them a complaint code. Unfortunately for me the item I purchased from Ebay ended up at this location where it's now stuck or has conveniently disappeared. The package is supposedly being held for pending acceptance. It's been there a week. The reviews about theft being prevalent here are very disconcerting. I don't understand how this branch is able to continue without a thorough investigation and strict review of their employees. It looks like I may be out a few hundred dollars for nothing.
I stopped at the Worthington OH post office at 5:10 am to mail a check. There was a homeless man sleeping on the floor by the mail slots. He was snoring loudly, and I was petrified that I would awaken him. My husband saw a sleeping homeless man there last year, but we didn’t say anything. I hope that you will do something to make it more secure for people to go into the building during off hours. Very scary.

Raise rates. Add new " simpler" automated postal shipping. Great! Except it doesnt work. Refused to process a credit card with a chip without a pin. REALLY? Fire your tester of your new system or the brilliant person who okayed it without making sure it works.
Tracking # says it's at the post office--Amazon says it's at the post office. Post office says 'nope-it was probably sent back'--when I said 'wouldn't it show in the tracking?', was told 'no, sometimes we send them out without tracking them.'. I said 'so it's lost?' And was told 'not necessarily, it's just not here.' Seriously??? What's the point of the tracking number then??
I had sent two packages back with the companies return label. Lady at counter scanned the boxes. A week later my items had not been received, two weeks later still not received. I gave tracking # on receipt and no one could even find the tracking numbers. I eventually got in contact with the US Postal Service and they were going to investigate as this location has had theft issues. After a month of investigation I never heard a word again. I left several messages for the woman handling the investigation and my calls were never returned. This location is horrible! The line is always busy. Good Luck!

there is a package delivered to my porch that is not mine. This the 4th time in the last few weeks. once neighbors to the east and west of me last week to109 e granville rd todays is 220 east granville. I'm worried your delivery person can't read I've left the package on the porch for whatever thank you now I'm worried about my packages
Service to our building at 2500 Farmers Dr. Columbus 43235 is HORRIBLE. Mail unsorted most of the time and we have multiple businesses in the building. No dependable delivery time. NO SHOWS quite often. We did NOT get service at all on Tuesday, February 21st, after the holiday. Phone rings busy if you try to call. Someone needs to check in with the poor management of the Worthington branch.
I have never personally had to deal with this location but I have spent the last hour calling to set up a passport appointment. This lack of customer service is growing to be frustrating please answer the phone.
