HELP! why is there no way to email you? I was told first that my package was delivered. It never was. I talked to someone who found that there were TWO STAMPS on my package..delivered. and then 'delivery delayed' Today I tried automated help. The address was wrong. also, they said they have NO info for me...though I provided both a tracking number and case number.

We have a forward order active but mail still appears in our box ( neighbors are checking). This is nothing new. One time I paid ( 14$ a week)to have special weekly delivery to our vacation home and they still would leave mail in our box. The reason they give when these things happen is there’s a substitute delivering or someone didn’t see the notice. That’s not a reason!! They should say we will see to it that this doesn’t happen again and DO something about it! I have gone through this every time we forward or pay for special service. EVERY TIME! At both Shannon and kangaroo dr POs. I called the number they list which is an 800 number and after listening to a list of choices the wait time for my call to be received was an hour and 15 minutes! So I got another number for the Shannon location and got the Raleigh PO consumer affairs office with another long list of choices. The whole thing is a mess and the PO should be abolished or fixed. And it looks like it will never be fixed. The incompetence is incomprehensible ! And the attitude is “ we don’t care” with a few individual exceptions.
Missing 3 packages - no response from USPS with multiple messages left at 800-number. Tracking reports them as having been delivered to my (locked) mailbox two days ago. No sign of the packages nor response from USPS!! Delivered to a "mystery" location is not the same as delivered to intended recipient!!!

Totally unacceptable customer service. A male at the window was a complete jerk. Not helpful, not customer service oriented and total jerk.
Should be removed from the window and be made to empty waste baskets because he clearly is not able to interact with customers in a helpful way.
We have an excellent postman. That means missing packages are not his fault. I've lost track of how many packages were called Delivered, with instructions to "See if my neighbors got it." Repeat: We have an excellent postman. My kids and I (I'm crippled) are home all day. Delivered, dear people, means I picked up my sake set. Then I picked up my reordered saki set. Then I picked up my Irises that were supposed to be delivered by now. One question. As it wasn't delivered, someone (not my postman) is sipping sake and dreaming about the irises - and other purchases, I never received. Delivered means I got it. Delivered doesn't mean my neighbor got it. Delivered doesn't mean someone at Shannon Station got it. Please God deliver me from you! Get it?
