This is about the Kingsburg, Calif Post Office. I don't understand why the United States Post Office can't put a Mail Box in the alley behind the post office. It would be safer for drivers and more convenient as well. The Selma, Calif. Post Office Has one in there alley. I hope who ever is in charge of making decisions will consider moving the mail boxes. Thank you.

This post off ice needs to deal with the carrier, that's digging up our access to the mail box, we`ve smoothed it out many times, here she comes again, speeds up slams on the breaks and slides in, then she said I`m just breaking in . then after getting after her, she cuts the mail off, had to call post office to get it reinstated .

MANAGER HERE IS VERY RUDE AND NEEDS TRAINING ON CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND ALSO A LESSON ON HOW TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS POLITELY!! NOT HAPPY WITH THIS PLACE! ALTHOUGH JANICE IS VERY NICE AND WILLING TO HELP UNLIKE THE RUDE MANAGER!!
