The Sand Canyon mismanagement: They pat themselves on the back that their not delivering mail to the businesses on Saturday, because no one is here to collect the mail, but deliver the mail after the close of the business day when everyone has gone home. The post master refuses to address the issue and won't take calls or come out to speak to irate customers. The businesses here are missing checks, credit cards and packages daily. The mail boxes have been compromised for 2 weeks now and nothing is being done. Last night a Postal Inspector was here with the delivery person and decided to pick a fight with me. She had no business approaching me in the first place and when she didn't like my tone it escalated into a total scene. All she needed to do was get in her car and leave. Instead she so badly wanted the last word and didn't get one. She came up to my car and started tapping her claws on the window of my car to continue the argument. She probably should find another job that doesn't require dealing with irate customers. She definitely can't handle herself.
The post master at the Sand Canyon office is incompetent and refuses to come speak to customers when there's a problem. Our mail boxes have been compromised because someone has their master key to open the main panel to all the mail boxes and the mail keeps getting stolen. This was reported to them 2 weeks ago and the mail boxes still have not been rekeyed. I suspect this particular post master is culpable and selling the keys or is not doing due diligence when employees quit or get terminated and have not been retrieving the keys from ex-employees.
Yesterday I put an important mail in my mailbox to be picked up by a postman. I raised the red flag to get his/her attention. When I check my mailbox today, the outgoing letter is still there and the flag was put down. I may miss my payment and get an interest charge because the payment is late. Very frustrating that this happened.
I have a package which needs a signature but I missed your first attempt on March 13. I was able to request redelivery, I set it as March 15, it's been a week, and the deadline for it to be returned to the sender is March 28. I want to know when I can expect it to be delivered to me?
Mailed a small package the Friday after Thanksgiving, International First Class, to an Australian island. After 3 weeks, it arrived at the Sydney Airport, where it sat for a month before being returned to San Francisco. It is currently on its second location in Japan. COMMENTS ANYONE?

The irvine post office and its carriers are garbage. They lie instead of making delivery attempts because they don't feel like dealing with large packages. THEY WERE PAID TO DELIVER IT NOT MAKE EXCUSES.
I caught the mailman threw my package from “Ring”. WTH! There’s a bench for a reason. He’s not my usual mail guy. Hope he doesn’t come back. Also, he was spitting unto the pavement after returning to his truck. SO disgusting!
Today, due to my health problem, I tried to schedule a UPS pick up for a package of 150 masks. I was on the phone for one hour and fifteen minutes just to provide my address and the address of the shipping and distribution of Tiek. After each question, I was put on hold for 15 minutes. Finally, when I thought we were done, the UPS worker said “she has to check with her supervisor”. Then, she was gone. After listening to an annoying music, a second person came on line and started the same questions. He also, had difficulty with writing my address. I asked to be connected with a supervisor but again a long hold and then cut off. I was furious but couldn’t do anything. Any Idea how to ship my
