9400111899220600273880 tracking number identifies that the package was delivered on "March 15 - 11:02AM at mailbox, Granite Bay, CA." It was not in the mailbox, which happens to have 4 inch numbers on both sides. It was delivered to 4439 Whispering Oak, and was dropped off this morning at 4339 Whispering Oak, the correct address. One would think that extra care would be invoked with a tracked package. It's nice to have good neighbors that can be counted on.

Sonja at this location is the rudest government employee that you will ever have the displeasure of encountering. She demanded to have a credit card signed because the signature was "faded" and then demanded to forms of picture identification which could not be a credit card or debit card. This was after making 2 customers wait 5 minutes while she tried to determine the difference between her new mouse pad and her old one. When I called to complain to her supervisor, she answered and hung up. It is no wonder that the USPO is going broke.

We are receiving mail at most three days a week. When it comes it is after 5 p.m. What is going on?
