Today I got a confirmation email that my package was delivered to my mail box I come home and isn't there I check the usps website and track the package and it says that my package was deliver in to a parcel mail box. I got no key inside my mailbox and I have no clue where my shit is.

I need to speak to an person. why is anyone answering the phone

I need to speak to an actual person. Why can't I reach someone

I have a package to mail to Iraq; is that possible!

I have not recieved any mail for three days now. I recieve payments in the mail and I'm wondering whats going on. I live at 1533 Greenfield dr, el cajon. Please let me know if I need to come pick up my mail.

Same here, saw the mail truck but for two days now no mail at had been delivered. Also I am waiting for my package to be delivered. I was tracking it and they said they tried to deliver it and no one was home which is not true because my kids and I had been home all day! Find it kind of strange.

Anyone know why the mail truck would be sitting on Rios canyon road on a Sunday at 8:30 am on father's day? Not delivering mail... Just sitting....

Boxes jammed full outdoors, 2nd, El Cajon, CA 92021

I want to say how professional the lady was at Lexington post office in El Cajon. I had problem with key to box and she sent agent right. Thank you and thank her.

I’ve been trying to contact this branch for 2 days and can’t seem to get through. Which also means terrible customer service. My package is basically lost and it was last noted with this post office.

I was recently standing in a long line of mostly impatient, rude and multi ethnic people in the El Cajon office. It seems that our nation is not "assimilating" very well anymore and one wonders when the lifeboat will sink. It was very refreshing to observe Veronica efficiently, tirelessly and graciously handling the grumpy and confused crowd. Give her a raise. But then, people like her use their God given talents regardless of the pay. At least she deserves a little praise.

My package was tossed onto a shelf or conveyor belt, was almost falling off - but the employee went on to the next customer without correcting this and now my package is lost. I also could not understand the employee's english.
