The Brentwood post office is filthy and grimy. All efforts of the very nice post master have gone pretty much ignored. I filed two complaints last year and janitorial service was approved for one Sunday to thoroughly clean the dead flies out of the windows, clean the floors and counters. One time … it is awful that no help is placing the employees and public at risk. I have photos of the grim and dirty, authorities should assign regular custodians.

I live in Summerset One and I want to let you know your mail carrier is not good at delivering mail to this area. I received mail for my neighbor last week, she received mail for another neighbor and today I received mail for three of my neighbors plus mine. I noticed when I came on this sight that there have been other similar complaints made to you. Some training or discipline needs to take place.
The mailbox for Lavender Drive, Brentwood, CA 94513 has been broken now for about three weeks. We were told to drive downtown to pick up our mail. This is inconvenient - especially for people who work. From what I understand, the problem was not reported until I questioned the supervisor after a week of picking up mail. The carrier told me when I saw her that she was trying to fix a jarred lock herself! What's going on. This is such poor service. Either fix the box or hand deliver the mail to our homes. This is not ACCEPTABLE,
Brentwood Post Office give the most Horrible service ever. I am unable to get my husband's heart monitor out of the service box because the KEY for 1PD is stuck [email protected] This has been going on for 4 years and the box is not [email protected] PLUS I keep getting mail from the previous tenant - for 4 years. Our regular post person never does this - but as soon as you change they don't know how to READ!
I will NEVER use Brentwood USPS to ship items. During the year I ship small packages and unless I ship them priority, this post office will hold them for days on end until they feel like shipping them out.
Last week, 5/30/17, I dropped of six packages before the post office opened, in the inside drop box, at around 8:30 am. These packages were not scanned into the system until after 11 pm the same day.
Today, 6/5/17, I asked my mom to bring a package to be scanned to be sure it was scanned before 11 am. The woman at the desk told her (my mother) that they have a FEE they charge if they have to scan a package while the customer is standing there. When I called another local post office, they had never heard of such a thing.
The current employees either need to be re-trained or retired for more efficient staff!
We had a hold on our mail from 3-4-17 until 3-15-17- The mail was stuffed in the mail box with some small packages and couldn't even close the top part of our mail box as mail was to full. Some of the larger packages were on our front door. I know our regular mailman would never do this. I had to make two trips to our box in order to empty it. Our regular mailman would never do this, When weve had mail held before he would bring it to us in a crate and ring the doorbell. I am very dissapointed in how this was handled. Margot
i got question mail i was suppbose to get never came yesterday when i check mail but after that my friend said mail been deliver at my house at 3:45pm but we never recive anything. address is right and stuff could it be still in post office this was yesterday
Weekend staff is nice. However, morning staff is the worst in weekdays. They are unfriendly,lazy, and rude. Window staff doesn't want to help pick up for vacation hold, you need to keep knocking the pick up door hard because the ring is broken. Really sad that I need to go this location to pick up because of my zip code. Hope they can be little nicer and work better.
