I need someone to call me. I have been trying to call you and I never fit into any of the categories the voice suggests. I found the BIG mistake in why I am not getting any mail at all although the Post Office says I am getting my mail. I do not know how to fix this myself. Maybe submit another change of address?

I was in the post office in Show Low, Az 85901 at approximately 1:30 p.m.to pay my box and check my mail. The lobby closes at noon, which I did not know, on Saturdays so I could not pay my box. I went to check my mail and my key got stuck in the box. I'm assuming it's because my box rent was due the end of last month. I called an 800 number 4 or 5 times and could never get connected to a real person and each try led me down a rabbit hole of never ending pushing buttons trying to speak to a human being. So I went to a door in the post office where I push a buzzer, I'm assuming to alert the people I could hear talking that someone was in need of help, at least 6 times with each push getting progressively longer. Futile!!!!!! My attempt to speak to a human was like trying to get a ride to the space x satellite.... NEVER GONNA HAPPEN! I am writing this letter of complaint in case someone else is able to get my key out or worse yet opens the box and steals my paycheck or income tax check.

Yesterday the mailman pulled up in front of my house and kept beeping his horn over and over and over again at least six times and I have health problems so I tried to get to the door as fast as I can and he had the nerve to tell me that I needed a bigger mailbox today he decided he was going to stack all six or seven of my packages on top of my mailbox down by the end of my drive so that other people can see all of my packages instead of leaving them on my porch I live at 1120 E Water Way Lane, Showlow AZ 85901 my number is (480) 536-4319

I live in WML estates. I've never had a problem with packages or my mail UNTIL TODAY. I had ordered a bracelet from Amazon. I was sitting outside on my front deck. I saw the mailman come by and he had my little bracelet package in his hand. All he had to do was reach out and put it in my mailbox. He ONLY slowed down and drive right by me. Few moments later YSPS sent me a message stated DELIVERY ATTEMPT MADE ABD UNABLE TO DELIVER. Now I have to go into Show Low to get it. This mailman is a liar and shane on him. I have the upmost respect for everyone's occupations but the sorry excuse for a mailman is mind boggling. He needs to find another line of work. I'm calling my previous mailman back.

I live at 422 juniper ridge r v resort, the bank of mail boxes starting with 417-424 was left unlocked by the delivery person. There is mail to be had by anyone who wants it. It would be helpful if you had an emergency # I waited over an hour for the 800 # to answer but it never did.

I'm not real happy with your drivers. I just had another one just pull through both of the cul de sacs at my house. Then say that they attempted delivery, but never even stopped. I ran out to get my stuff and they just kept driving. You really need to train your folks better. For postal delivery this is the worst I've ever had in my life.

Pinetop AZ post office has very rude condescending employees especially the heavy set man..smart remarks I have seen people and talked to them in line saying they were almost afraid to talk to him..To whom it may concern post office employees work for the Public not the other way around..this needs to be addressed. If he does not like his job he should NOT be working there period..

The Show Low Post Office is ridiculous. If a package is mailed to a home.... Just F'Ing deliver it. This is after multiple big messups on my carrier's part. Can you not just do your job????????? And having friends think i returned their gifts.... F! Do your F'ing job!

I was notified on the USPS website that my package had arrived. I went to pick it up when I got the notification and the receptionist said the package was not delivered. This was on Monday, July 17, 2017. I have tried calling the post office to get more information, but the line is usually busy. I did get in contact with someone working there and I gave them my tracking number and they said that they would look into it and call me back, but I have not gotten a call back and it has been over 24 hours. I am extremely upset about the service being provided.

Last evening 1-23-2017 someone who lives on Bandido way brought a package to me which contained my medications. We live on the other end of Cheney Ranch. When Susan left we thought things would get better but they have stayed the same. I know mistakes can be made but they have to read a package address so why was it put in the wrong box. This person could of just discarded the package or used the medication themselves. Our mail delivery up here is scary to say the least. Most of us have complained in the past to no avail.
