We have not had any mail for 6 days as of 12/18/2020 and we are expecting med for my wife that she needs for her diabetis condition. so please respond ASAP we need to find out what is going on. I have been in Goodyear since 2014 and live in Pebblecreek. I would like to know, what is going on with Mail delivery? In the beginning, we received delivery between 10am and 12 noon. It has been all over the place, in the last couple of years. Last night, I received my mail around 6:20 pm and others in Pebblecreek received it up to 8pm. I know this because we have an e group that discusses just about everything. I don't know whats up, but I feel it is not appropriate times for delivery. Please correct and don't blame on CoVid, it has been going downhill for a few years.
I have a missing package that was supposed to arrive 10/20 and is still missing. This is the 4th package this year with USPS that has gone missing and has required a follow. WHAT IS HAPPENING??? I file a complaint and it DIES there. I call, no answer. What are you doing about this?? Is this really it?? The answer is NO customer service and no follow-up?! This is absurd!! I get that no one is going to read this review and it will probably die here too but if that's the case just close up all your locations already. You guys suck.
There are significant management issues at the Avondale and Goodyear post offices. The telephone numbers for each facility are continuously busy making it necessary to drive to the facility and stand in line for customer service. This is contrary to Arizona's covid-19 policies and jeopardizes the health of postal customers. My package was placed in a package that cannot be opened because a key has been broken off in the lock. It is clearly visible that the lock is jammed yet the postal service continues to use the box rather than fix it. My package has been in this locker for over a week. I can't resolve the issue because I can't reach them by phone. This needs to be fixed.
I had a package that was to arrive on 04/19/2020 by 8pm tonight. Nobody ever tried to deliver it and now it says that it is undeliverable and to be sent back to the merchant. Your postal workers are not doing their job. They are not delivering packages like they are supposed to. They work their 8 hours and then put on packages that they are undeliverable. It is nonsense and I will never use USPS again. I will pay all my bills online and use any other service but yours from now on. This is not the merchants fault but usps.
Once again the poor management of this station is shown. I am a disabled veteran in a wheelchair living about 2 miles from the station. I depend on the US Mail to take care of its customers properly.
1st--They don't want to answer the phone and when they do you are often put on hold and then the call is dropped.
2nd--When the regular postal carrier is on leave or vacation they have temporary drivers that do as little as possible, despite continued complaints over the last three years!
3rd--We have the neighborhood lock boxes instead of home delivery. Even though the box has an "Outgoing Mail" slot, it is blocked so we are required to place our outgoing mail in our own box and the carrier is supposed to pick it up. This is common for the residential area. Yet a few of the boxes do have the "Outgoing Mail" slot open!!!!
4th--Today I had important mail that had to go out and I placed it inside my box as normal....It was very visible and identifiable as outgoing. The temporary carrier failed to pick it up. Phone calls to the station go unanswered.
It is raining today...I cannot take my powered wheelchair the 2 miles in the rain to deliver my outgoing mail to the post office. I will have to have a neighbor do it when he gets home from work.
Myself and others in the neighborhood have complained about this for over 3 years and the problem still remains.
There has been little change in 4 years of complaints about the mail carriers failing to pick up outgoing mail!!! I have even written to the postal IG without any improvement. Again this week, Monday and today, the same outgoing mail was not picked up by the carrier.

Sent a package to 85395 zip code 2/20/2020; package has never arrived yet; recipient of package trying to reach post office by phone to see if "regular" driver ever saw the package, but no one answers. It has gone missing into thin air. With important information in it!
My anxiously awaited package was shipped and delivered per shipper. GREAT! Except....my mailbox has a parcel box key as expected, when I open parcel box I find not my parcel but another parcel box key with the same number as the first. Hmmm, how do I get my package, does anyone know?
Good morning, I live in Crystal Gardens in Avondale and my post man is a man named Gary. Wanted to say that he does an excellent job, helps me send and receive packages and seems to always look out for me and my mail. Haven’t had a better one. Excellent Job.
Seriously I hate all these post offices !! Why is it that none of you people have direct numbers ? I don't wanna deal with a stupid automated system I'm trying to call in and speak with a live person, you guys suck
The customer service is far from friendly. The older woman was asked how she was and she responded by saying "I was doing fine until all of you started walking in the door." No I am not exaggerating. My mouth about hit the floor. Very unkind. I hope not to find myself there again. She also glares at me and made a huge ordeal about me needing a big box. She kept saying it was going to be too expensive for me and giving me unessacary looks. Look here lady, just mail my box please. I never asked for the extra commentary.
My granddaughter mailed some envelopes for me on Wed, 27 Dec 2017 at our local address postal box. I think she put an envelope in the mail drop by 18615 W Sweet Acacia Dr in Estrella Mtn Ranch that had money. Please reply asap. If you call me at 505-715-1815 or by email I can tell you how much money was in the envelope
Today, July 27th, 2017, we were expecting a package. In our mail slot, the key for 32C was left inside. When I unlocked 32C, the lock box was empty. WHERE IS OUR PACKAGE?
